2012 Pasco County Tax Certificate Sale Information
OFFICE CLOSURE
Offices Closed Saturday May 26th and Monday May 28th in Observance of Memorial Day

MOBILE HOME REGISTRATION

Mobile homes are required to be titled and currently registered at all times, even when unoccupied. Mobile home decals expire at midnight, December 31st of each year. The fee to register a mobile home is determined by its length. The failure to register every year will result in delinquent tax.
When the owner of the mobile home is also the owner of the land on which the mobile home is permanently affixed, a Real Property Decal is required.
If you currently have a regular mobile home decal, and own the land your mobile home is affixed to, do not renew your mobile home decal. Instead, contact the Property Appraiser's Office at 727-847-8151 , 352-521-4433, 813-929-2780, or 813-929-1390.
Before the Tax Collector's Office can issue a Real Property Decal, an application for Real Property Decal must be issued by the Property Appraiser's Office. The Real Property Decal is permanent, and has no expiration date. To apply for a Real Property Decal, submit proof of ownership and an application for a Real Property Decal to the Tax Collector's Office.
NOTE: Effective September 1, 2009, most motor vehicle and driver license fees increased significantly. These fee increases were passed by the Florida Legislature and approved by the Governor to help balance the state budget. None of the additional money will stay with Pasco County Government or the Tax Collector's Office. For a list of the new fees visit Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles' website at: www.flhsmv.gov.
